We are very pleased to announce that the Diocese of Ely is about to join in the rollout of a national Digital (or ‘contactless') Giving scheme. The scheme is part of the Church of England's broader National Giving strategy, which has committed £1.25m to equip thousands more churches to accept digital / contactless payments over the next two years.
In collaboration with the local Wildlife Trust, St Mary's Comberton set-up a scheme to encourage parishes to turn their churchyards into wildlife havens. After an initial survey in 2020, the vicar, David Newton, set up a small Steering Group to explore how the church might respond.

Thirtyone:eight has been commissioned to undertake a survivor review with independence. Thirtyone:eight are particularly interested in speaking to those who have experienced survivor care through the Diocese of Ely in order to inform the review.
