The UK Government is pleased to offer a portrait to commemorate the accession of His Majesty King Charles III - free to all Church of England churches. Order yours before the 15th August deadline.
The offer is available to all Public Authorities that fall within certain defined groupings, and which has recently been extended to include NHS hospitals, Universities, Job centres, Coroners’ Courts, The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Services, HM Coastguard operation centres and Church of England Churches.
Steps to follow
- To begin the process of ordering your free portrait, simply register your details via the website here. (Please ensure you complete all the details requested in full).
- The Team will then aim to authorise your registration within 24 hours, and once approved you will receive an email confirming your acceptance onto the scheme containing your log in details. (please note the website states that this process may take up to a week in exceptional circumstances).
- Once you receive your confirmation email, you can log into the ordering portal to place and complete your order.
- Once you have submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
- Delivery of the portraits are expected 6-8 weeks after order placement.
- Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been sent out which will include tracking information.
