Smoking and Vaping
- Staff and Visitors are reminded that all internal areas of Etheldreda House, as well as all external areas of the site comprising the outdoor seating area, car park and company grounds, are a non-Smoking and non-Vaping site.

Arriving by car
- Etheldreda House has 51 parking bays. This includes three (3) EV Charging bays and two (2) Accessible Access/Blue-Badge-Holder bays.
Vehicle Parking Guidelines
- Ely Diocesan Board of Finance (EDBF) staff are asked to turn LEFT as they enter the car park and park their vehicles in this area, if possible. This area is brick-paved throughout.
- Visitors are asked to turn RIGHT as they enter the car park and park their vehicles in this area, if possible. This area is largely covered with bod-paving.
- If you are unable to park in the area of the car park directed, but other bays are available, they can be used.
- The (3) EV Charging bays are available on a first come first served basis by those charging an appropriate vehicle.
- The Accessible Access/Blue-Badge-Holder bays are available on a first come first served basis by those holding appropriate documentation (which will need presenting on request or be clearly displayed in the vehicle).
Arriving by bike
- There are covered bicycle racks on site, and visitors and staff who choose to cycle to Etheldreda House will be able to access the site’s shower facilities, should they wish to do so.
Arriving by train
- Ely train station is about 2.5 miles from Lancaster Way Business Park. From Ely Train station, services are available to a number of neighbouring towns and cities. For further train information, please go to www.nationalrail.co.uk.
Arriving on foot
Walking to work is one of the most sustainable ways to travel, as well as being a healthy option for those able to do so.
There is pedestrian access to Lancaster Way Business Park from both Ely and Witchford. Etheldreda House is a little over 2 miles from Ely Cathedral and about 1 mile from the centre of Witchford.
While at Lancaster Way Business Park there are also various amenities on site designed to boost wellbeing, including the 1.16 mile Trim Trail.
Arriving by bus
- The Ely Zipper bus service provides a regular local bus service from the centre of Ely via the train station to the business park.
- Stagecoach “Number 9” service from Cambridge and the “Number 39” service from Ely also serve Lancaster Way Business Park with a bus stop just outside the entrance for the No. 9 service and on-site for the No. 39 service.
