The start of our LyCiG journey
Our LyCiG conference aimed to inspire and equip leaders to grow their church - in numbers, in spiritual commitment and in service to their local community. By creating a prayerful culture of growth, becoming an inviting and welcoming church, growing younger, developing engaging worship, practicing fruitful evangelism and focusing on mission as well as maintenance, we begin together a planned journey of growth. Our Leading your Church into Growth conference isn’t meant to be just a one-off impactful event, but a transformative process that changes church culture. We pray that our attendees leave this weekend full of hope, inspiration, idea and energy to lead their churches into growth!
