The Church of England digital team has worked with colleagues to produce some excellent digital resources supporting those suffering with metal health issues.
The effects of mental health on both sufferers and those who care for them are huge. Nearly nine out of ten people with mental health problems have been affected by stigma and discrimination.
The team has produced some videos about real experiences of faith and mental health, as well as producing 10 daily reflections.
