Young Adult voices from our UKME/GMH communities are not sufficiently heard within the Church of England.
The new CofE Racial Justice Unit is inviting young adults (aged 16-25) of all UKME/GMH backgrounds to represent their diverse communities so that their voices can be heard and amplified within the life of the national church. This online event is taking place between 11 am - 4pm on Saturday 2 September. Where access to the event would be facilitated by the attendance of a small group rather than an individual young person, or the presence of an older youth worker or older person from the church community who works with young people, this would be welcome.
Please click 'Get Tickets' to register to receive the Zoom access code for this meeting.
The event will be hosted by the Rev Guy Hewitt, Dr Sharon Prentis, Rev Dean Pusey, Rev Sandra Schloss, Rev Polly Falconer, Bishop Tim Wambunya, Rev Tariro Matsveru and Fr Julius Anozie. Special Guests: Bishop Saju Muthalaly & Jessie Tang.
