Our Education team put on a fabulous afternoon tea party in the Bishop's garden for Headteachers, Governors and EDRAs from our Diocese of Ely schools. Archdeacon Alex Hughes hosted the event, in his role as Chair of EDEC (Ely Diocesan Education Committee), and parents, staff and teachers enjoyed a fabulous outdoor concert from the Sutton Primary School children's choir.
This afternoon tea party with a purpose was an opportunity to say a huge Thank you for their effort and commitment in helping our schools across the diocese to be places where children and young people thrive. Find out more about the work of our Education team.
