Many churches are looking for ways to engage constructively with the climate change agenda.
Tearfund is hosting an ecumenical event to coincide with the climate talks in November. All churches are invited to take part and share resources which will help to embed the climate and biodiversity crises into their worship life.
On the middle Sunday during the COP26 summit, Tearfund will host a COP26 church service, along with churches throughout the UK. Your church can get involved by sharing their pre-recorded video, or by joining their livestream. The video content will be available in different segments, so your church can choose how to integrate it into your service.
This resource will be available for download in the autumn, but there are two things you can do now:
- Register your interest using the link below, and be the first to hear when the COP26 church service is available for download.
- Speak with your church leaders to save the date of Sunday 7 November for a climate-focused service.
