INEQE Safeguarding Group have been asked to carry out Safeguarding Audits of the Church of England to make sure dioceses, cathedrals and palaces are doing all they can to create environments where everyone feels safe, valued and respected. Now they want to hear your views! Please tell INEQE what you think to help inform the recommendations of the Independent Safeguarding Audits.
Every year, thousands of churches across the country unite to mark Safeguarding Sunday. It’s a chance to listen and to talk together about how we can create places and cultures that protect people from the damaging effects of harm and abuse. Protecting vulnerable people from harm and speaking up for their rights is an integral part of our scriptural mandate as Christians (Proverbs 31:8).

This course will explore issues of Spiritual Abuse: Coercion and Control within Christian organisations and communities alongside building Healthy Christian Culture and dates are open to anyone wanting to attend.
