Making Safeguarding Referrals
Please call the Safeguarding Duty Messaging Service: 01353 652747

From the 1 April 2026, when you ring Thirtyone:Eight please listen carefully to all the options as they have changed.
When advised, you should select: option 1 - 'Yes' to membership and you can then select either of the following options:
- 'speak with the Helpline team' OR

When you get through to the team please tell them that you are calling from the Diocese of Ely, who are an 'Information sharing holder.'
