All church role holders and volunteers are required to undertake Safeguarding Training.
Book your training
The Diocese of Ely offers a range of training courses and development sessions for clergy and volunteers, including Bishop Study days. Booking your place on these courses is generally required and can be done via the Diocese of Ely Training Portal.

Initial Ministerial Education
In addition to their own personal development and any required Safeguarding training development, clergy and LLMs undergo routine development and training through the IME2 programme. Information on Initial Ministerial Education (IME2) for Clergy and Initial Ministerial Education (IME2) for LLMs.

Church of England Me Learning Hub: a resource primarily dedicated to GDPR training modules.
Church House Webinars
The team at Church House frequently host webinars to help church workers and volunteers develop their skills. Visit the Church of England website and use the search box to search for webinars. Among those frequently held are offered by the Digital team to help upskill people in the use of online resources.
