The Diocesan Education Team is providing fully funded confidential wellbeing support to our Headteachers
This holistic wellbeing support will consider the whole individual (e.g. physical, mental, emotional, social, financial, lifestyle, safety). The sessions will provide dedicated time to offload, using structured reflected practice to support wellbeing. It offers a confidential reflective space to celebrate successes, identify potential routes to support and will aim to empower heads to identify their own helpful strategies for self care. This is not supervision or counselling.
Bookings can be made directly with Denise Woodhouse from Woodhouse Wellbeing. Denise is highly experienced and works across all types of educational settings. She is a Mental Health Practitioner, Mental Health First Aid (England) Trainer and Senior Mental Health Lead Trainer (YMCA).
The support is available from January - June 2025, one session every term for two terms. This will be an online video call, lasting 50 minutes.
