Cambridgeshire Community Foundation has a released a list of grant opportunities to which churches are welcome to apply. Some of the Grants are specific to geographic areas, particularly the wind farm ones, so do check the individual funds before applying.
One fund available for Net Zero Carbon projects is the Decarbonisation Strand of the Warwick and Dominey Fund
Grants of up to £15,000 for projects working on:
- Decarbonisation and tackling climate change. The donors are keen to support practical initiatives particularly the installation of solar panels and heat pumps. For these applications, the donor is interested in supporting match-funded options where the group has already secured (or is in the process of seeking) other funds for the work. This information should be detailed within the application form.
If any of the funds sound like a good fit for your project, please visit the How to Apply page to see a 10-step guide that explains the process of applying for a grant from Cambridgeshire Community Foundation.
