All Inclusive! Working with Children and Young People with Special or Additional Needs

This session is delivered by Mark Arnold, Additional needs Ministry Director for Urban Saints and a father to a son James, a boy with autism.

The session will look at the statistics surrounding working with children with special or additional needs; offer strategies every church can use to increase inclusivity; identify the benefits that inclusion brings; and offer resources to develop understanding of those who are working as part of the children/young people’s team.
