This is the opposite of servant leadership. Many of us may have experienced toxic leadership practices, they still persist amidst the everyday push and pull of organisational life. In this session we consider some of the marks of toxic leadership and the kinds of safeguards that we might adopt to mitigate their negative impacts.

The second of two sessions hosted by Dave Male, Director of Evangelism and Discipleship and Professor Andrew Parker, a freelance leadership consultant with specific expertise in the 1-1 coaching of aspiring and in situ high-level leaders. They will be joined by various guests to discuss these two key areas for all leaders.
