A retreat day for Self-Supporting Ordained Ministers, led by Ian Cowley.  The day will be a mixture of teaching and practice, with time for reflection and feedback.

This will be broken into three parts and SSOMs can attend all or any part of the day. Please bring your own lunch, hot drinks will be provided.  

11.00am – 12.30pm Welcome, learning contemplative practice and centering prayer
12.30pm – 1.15pm Bring your own lunch
1.30pm – 3.00pm Becoming a contemplative minister
