Introducing Luke’s Gospel: a study day for preachers

In anticipation of Lectionary Year C there will be a study day for preachers on Thursday 28th November. Confirmed speakers include Bishop Dagmar, Isabelle Hamley, Alex Hughes and James Blandford-Baker.

From Advent 2024 the lectionary follows the Gospel according to Luke through the Christian year.

The Diocese of Ely is pleased to offer this study day for preachers, which explores some of the key themes of Luke’s Gospel. There will be input from speakers and opportunities for discussion. Refreshments will be provided on arrival but please bring a packed lunch.
