An Audit of church buildings and communities

We asked all churches in the Diocese of Ely to complete an audit of their church buildings and communities. This took the form of a questionnaire, whose questions were shaped by the findings of the case studies we undertook previously.

The local knowledge that PCC's have about their buildings and their communities is hugely valuable in demonstrating the importance of church buildings, and the opportunities each has to become more embedded in its local community.

The audit was conducted via an online platform, and before completing it recipients were asked to read the brief user guide which would help to make it a smooth and trouble-free process.

The live audit is now closed, however the guide and print-out version are included below for reference.
